You do not need a special permit to be a vendor in The Vintage Bazaar. You do need an Itinerant Merchant license to participate in this event. The Vintage Bazaar will provide an Itinerant Merchant license for you and your booth fee covers the cost of this license.

You are responsible for collecting Illinois sales tax on all items you are selling, remitting the sales tax to the State, and claiming income you make at the Bazaar on your income tax.
